When you are farming Korthia, around world bosses (the world quests ones giving 500 anima) or the assaults, try to group. In custom groups you will probably find something “25 kills Korthia WM on” or “Korthi rare farming WM on”. Wobling Goblin is a lesser-known PVE server (progressing through the original trilogy, currently in Vanilla) based out of Oceania. Population is definitely low, however a single character can learn all professions in the game (blacksmithing, alchemy, skinning, etc.) instead of having a cap.
